Working with high end grocer Natoora, who source seasonal sustainable produce, Gail’s are now offering delicious fresh soups with their bread. Soups are packed with veggies and pulses from independent growers who can trace their produce back to seed and are full of flavours such as Delica pumpkin from Mantua Italy, Jerusalem artichokes from Francois in Dunkirk, and cocco bianco beans. The first soups to launch are Catalogna chicory lemon and white bean, and Delica pumpkin. Available daily at Gail’s from 11am.
