Hummingbird Bakery flies into to SJW

A barbershop quartet greeted customers at the opening of the American-style cake bakery in November. Serving up a range of American pies, cheesecakes, brownies and cookies, the bakery will also showcase its location exclusives such as a zoo themed brownie and, in a nod to the Beatles, a Fab Four cupcake gift box.

Customers can also have their desserts and celebration cakes customised for special occasions and try out the vegan and gluten-free options.
