Expect to eat works of art at one of SJW’s newest restaurants serving a modern international menu with a French accent. Its chef and owner Stirling Elliot Moss (son of the late British Racing Driver Sir Stirling Moss) originally studied art in London before beginning his chef’s career at the Michelin starred Le Gavroche. PLU, Moss’s fine dining restaurant in St John's Wood, serves an extravagant 15 course tasting menu 3 evenings a week: Thursday – Saturday and has just been placed in the diner rated Top 20 UK restaurants by Hardens. Gaze at the gazpacho decorated in Warhol’s Marylin style before trying the Cornish lobster Byaldi Oscietra golden caviar & sauce QE2. As Moss says, the aim at PLU is, simply, to provide the finest food and service for every single guest.
