Anglo Indian fayre rises to the occasion

The Three Falcons in Orchardson Street NW8 may seem like a traditional pub but it’s getting rave reviews from the most discerning of restaurant critics for its excellent northern Indian cooking. A visit by Giles Coren from The Times was described as excellent as he tucked into juicy Welsh lamp chops, a terrific creamy malai broccoli, Goan prawn curry and ceramic pots of aromatic biryani. The surprise of this gastro pub is that it’s truly Anglo Indian, offering a classic and quintessentially British seasonal menu alongside its Indian cuisine.
