Prospective tenants interested in renting a property through Hanover will need to be aware of the following pre-tenancy costs due prior to the commencement of a tenancy:
A sum of £195 (inc VAT) for the preparation of paperwork.
Credit Reference Charges:
£50 (inc VAT) per tenant/guarantor to cover the cost of the referencing application.
