Prospective tenants interested in renting a property through Hanover will need to be aware of the following pre-tenancy costs due prior to the commencement of a tenancy:
A sum of £195 (inc VAT) for the preparation of paperwork.
Credit Reference Charges:
£50 (inc VAT) per tenant/guarantor to cover the cost of the referencing application.
Equivalent to two weeks rent. These funds are deductible from the first month's rental should the tenancy proceed.
Prior to the tenancy, you will be required to pay a minimum of six weeks' security deposit.
Renewal Agreement Fee:
The Applicant will be liable for an administration charge of £60 (inc VAT) for the preparation of any documents in relation to each and every renewal or extension of the tenancy.
Inventory & Cleaning Costs:
The inventory costs are normally split equally between the Tenant and the Landlord and may vary dependent on the size of the property. Post-tenancy cleaning fees are usually paid by the tenant.
