Prospective tenants interested in renting a property through Hanover will need to be aware of the following pre-tenancy costs due prior to the commencement of a tenancy:
A sum of £195 (inc VAT) for the preparation of paperwork.
Credit Reference Charges:
£50 (inc VAT) per tenant/guarantor to cover the cost of the referencing application.
Equivalent to two weeks rent. These funds are deductible from the first month's rental should the tenancy proceed.
Prior to the tenancy, you will be required to pay a minimum of six weeks' security deposit.
Renewal Agreement Fee:
